Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of the rings, all sales are final unless there is damage (not variances derived from the normal process of hand craftsmanship) or the wrong order is shipped. Please make sure to review your order and have your ring size measured before finalizing your order.

Rings are eligible for returns up to 7 days from the date they are received. All rings must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with all packaging materials.

If you would like pictures or videos sent before shipping, or to initiate a return, please contact us at dearmaktubandco@gmail.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
